This mix requires only water (and optionally ghee or butter) to prepare, making it a quick and easy way to enjoy a rich, flavorful dal fry.
This mix not contains Onion, Ginger and Garlic. You can add as per your taste and requirement.
Simple steps for a delicious and authentic Mixed Dal fry: for 5-6 serving (100gm) i.e. around one cup
1. Take One Cup of the Instant Dal Fry Mix.
2. Add the mix to 5 cups of water in a saucepan.
3. Bring to a boil while stirring to avoid lumps.
4. Simmer for 4-5 minutes until the dal thickens.
5. Optionally, temper with ghee, mustard seeds, and dried red chilies, Onion and Garlic for added flavor.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or Rotis.
7. This mix contains salt so you can add according to your taste.
8. If Content left after opening the packet transfer it to an airtight container.
